Phat Vegan Ice Cream Sandwiches

Why eat animal products when it can be so much better without!

Ingredients:

Alpendough Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough

Non-Dairy Ice Cream (we use Luna & Larry's Coconut Bliss because we love it!)

Dried Coconut Flakes

Instructions:

1: Bake Alpendough Snickerdoodle dough as suggested on the package. Make sure to dip dough in cinnamon and sugar. Let cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to the freezer to harden

2: Use a circular cookie cutter (or a canning jar lid) to form the non-dairy ice cream.

3: Remove the ice cream and press between two cookies!

4: Feed to friends, family, and strangers!

Optional: Roll in coconut flakes
