Andrew and Sarah both grew up in Colorado with wilderness in their back yard. Their love for nature and the outdoors molded them into the conscious foodies that they are today. Always striving to find the best fuel for their activities while wanting to preserve the beauty the world has to offer is the base of their dietary choices. 

Working in the food industry for over a decade enabled Sarah to learn from professional bakers and hone her craft. She knew vegan and allergen free didn't mean taste and texture had to be compromised. So with the arrival of little Zeb, thier son, and some inspiration from close friends, Andrew and Sarah knew it was time to bring their creations to life. With care and passion Sarah’s recipes have come to life for the whole world to enjoy.
